Description
  • Steam turbine rotating bladed disks with considering their component compliance are due to system structure complexity computational sophisticated. In the paper there is introduced a method, which is advantageous to modelling of rotating disk in easily available computational environment MATLAB. The method is based on system decomposition into subsystems (disk, blade packets), which are connected by inner elastic linkages. On the basis of modal characteristics of the nonrotating undamped subsystems (disk fixed to shaft, blade rim) there is created condensed mathematical model of rotating bladed disk excited by means of rotor shaft movement, centrifugal forces and aerodynamical forces acting on blades.

  • Olopatkované disky parních turbin při uvažování všech částí jsou z důvodů složitosti systému výpočtově náročné. V příspěvku je uvedena metodika, která je vhodná pro modelování rotujícího disku ve snadno dosažitelním prostředí MATLAB. Metoda je založena na dekompozici systémů na subsystémy (disk, svazky lopatek), které jsou spojeny vnitřními pružnými vazbami. Na základě modální věrnosti nerotujících netlumených systémů (vetknutého disku, olopatkování) je vytvořen kondenzovaný matematický model rotujícího olopatkovaného disku, který je buzen kmitáním rotoru, odstředivými silami a aerodynamickými silami působícími na lopatky.
