Description
  • The paper presents the modal synthesis method for a mathematical modelling of the steady forced vibration of the damped rotating bladed disk. The blades are considered as 1D continuum elastic coupled with three-dimensional elastic disk centrally clamped into turbomachine rotor rotating with constant speed. The aerodynamic forces acting along the blade length are generated by steam flow. By using modal synthesis method the model of the system is condensed to calculate steady vibrations of the bladed disk. The method was used for analysis of the damping influence in the interior couplings between blades and disk and blade packets.

  • Příspěvek uvádí metodu modální syntézy využitou pro matematické modelování ustálených vynucených kmitů tlumených rotujících olopatkovaných disků. Lopatky jsou modelovány jako 1D kontinua pružně vázaná se třídimenzionálním poddajným diskem vetknutým do rotoru turbíny, který se otáčí konstantní úhlovou rychlostí. Na lopatky působí aerodynamické síly generované proudem páry. Pro výpočet ustálených kmitů olopatkovaného disku je model kondenzován. Metoda byla využita pro analýzu vlivu tlumení ve vnitřních vazbách mezi lopatkami a dioskem a mezi svazky lopatek. (cs)
