  • Modern wheels of rail vehicles have a rim separated from the disk by rubber cushioning. In the previous work, the material constants of the rubber cushioning were fitted. To fit these constants, the Mooney-Rivlin model of hyperelastic material was used. The simple tensile tests data were input into the routines in system MSC.Marc. In the presented work, the refinement of the material constants was carried out. To obtain the material constants, the simple tensile tests data and the compression tests data were used. The compression test and its numerical simulation were compared using the digital image correlation performed on photographs of tested specimen. The radial characteristics test of the rubber cushioning was used for the results verification. Further, the behaviour of the rubber was investigated when exposed to repeated loading.

  • Moderní kola kolejových vozidel mají mezi obručí a kotoučem pryžové segmenty. V předešlé práci byly identifikovány materiálové konstanty takovéhoto pryžového segmentu. K identifikaci konstant byl použit Mooney-Rivlinův model hyperelastického materiálu. Identifikování bylo provedeno na základě charakteristik ze zkoušek tahem. Výpočtové modely byly vytvořeny v systému MSC.Marc. V této práci byly uvedené materiálové konstanty zpřesněny. Identifikování bylo nyní provedeno na základě charakteristik ze zkoušek tahem a tlakem. Zkouška tlakem a její numerická simulace byly porovnány pomocí korelace digitálních snímků, které byly získány fotografováním zkoušeného vzorku. K verifikaci výsledků byly pou (cs)
