Description	Stress wave propagation in thin strips under in-plane impact load is modelled by finite elements. The strips are supposed to be made of stell. The influence of geometrical imperfections (slits) on wave spreading is investigated as well. (en) V práci je modelováno šíření napěťových vln v tenkých pásech, a to pomocí metody konečných prvků. Jsou uvažovány pásy z oceli. Dále je zkoumán vliv geometrických nehomogenit na zmíněné šíření napěťových vln.
