  • This contribution deals with CRM. CRM represents a business philosophy based on customer satisfaction and an individual approach to them. In the first few paragraphs the basic characteristics, the architecture of the CRM and information systems, human resources and options for measurement of its level are introduced. The practical concept of CRM is presented in Komerční banka, a.s. In the last part of this work, attention is focused on suggestions for improvements which could increase the efficiency of all CRM tools.
