Description	Der Beitrag versucht drei Fragen zu beantworten: Ob sich das Kuttenberger Dekret auch auf die selbstständige Juristenuniversität zu Prag bezog, wie schwer diese Universität von der Sezession der Mitglieder der sächsischen, polnischen und bayerischen Nation beschädigt wurde und vor allem ob das königliche Mandat im Verhältnis zu Prager Juristenuniversität als grundsätzliche Wende gehalten werden kann, die eigentlich ihren Untergang verursachte. The study attempts to answer three basic questions: Whether or not the regulations of the Kuttenberger Decree encompassed the independent Law University in Prag; to what degree was the institution harmed by the secession of the members of the Saxon, Polish and Bavarian university nations that followed the Decree?s issue; and above all whether or not should we consider this king?s mandate a turning point which more or less brought about the end of this institution.
