Description	Stability of inhabitants is the important assumption for the existence and development of peripheral areas. Empiric research thus dealt with a linkage of local inhabitants to a model region in the place of their permanent residence, satisfaction with their life there, tendencies and reasons of possible move. Situation on work market in the peripheral region contributes significantly to the stability of inhabitants. It is not just about a working place offer, but also how local inhabitants perceive this issue. What also matters is satisfaction with job, topicality with a change of working place, „harmony“ between people's work competence and an offer of skilled labor. That's why within the scope of aid grant these data were got and processed in the context of model regions. (en) Důležitým předpokladem pro existenci a rozvoj periferních oblastí je stabilizované obyvatelstvo. Empirické šetření se proto zabývalo vazbou obyvatelstva modelových regionů k místu bydliště, spokojeností obyvatel se životem v místě, tendencemi k případnému odstěhování a důvody, které by k tomu respondenty vedly. Ke stabilizaci obyvatelstva významně přispívá situace na trhu práce v periferních regionech. Přitom se nejedná pouze o samotnou nabídku pracovních příležitostí, ale i vnímání problematiky místními obyvateli. Jedná se o spokojenost se svým zaměstnáním, aktuálnost změny pracovního místa, soulad mezi kvalifikovaností obyvatel a nabídkou kvalifikované práce. Proto byla tato data v rámci (cs)
