| Description
| - The subject of the book is an analysis of selected positions of history today communion Czech Protestants in the village Vojvodovo in northwestern Bulgaria. This village was founded in 1900 by about twenty families who because of religious contradictions and lack of soil left the Czech village of Saint Helena in the (now part of Romania) Banat. In Vojvodovo then in the years 1900-1950 formed and flourished specific communities, characterized by relative economic prosperity and edgy Protestant ethic, which is in many ways different from the Bulgarian neighborhood. The book pays particular attention to the analysis of the nature of identity of members of the community and its transformations in time, since the ancestors of later Vojvodovčanů stay on St. Helena in Romanian Banat, to the establishment of the South Moravian region within reemigračních processes after World War II.
