  • This thesis is focused on thermal losses of passive house. That will give a comprehensive view of the project and operation of a passive house, with respect to material, construction and thermal-technical solution, with a direct link to the thermal losses. The aim of this study is to describe the properties of passive house due to thermal losses. The first is to analyze the thermal losses by transmission and by ventilation. The next is to design methodology for determination of the thermal losses, and to measure the thermal losses of passive house by a thermo camera. The result of this thesis is to evaluate the thermal losses, and to propose arrangements to reduce them. The object to determine the thermal losses is a family passive house, which is located in Pilsen.
