Description
  • Obtaining of new markets requires in addition to a focused and quality marketing also a quick reaction in development of technologies needed for a production of new types of alloys. One of these is 70NiFeMo5 alloy. Due to the alloying concept this alloy is problematically formable, particularly at the beginning of the process during the hot rolling of cast state. This operation is critical especially because of hot cracking. Design of a technological process for a real rolling technology is complicated, because it consists in a multi-parametric process with complex influence of many factors. For this reason material-technological modelling was used. This solution provides an efficient and exact testing of an influence of individual technological parameters on the real manufacturing process. During this neither waste of material nor loss of energy occur, because small amounts of material can be used.
