Description
| - Kuličková ložiska jsou často používána jako záchytná pro systémy s aktivními magnetickými ložisky (AMB). Pracují pouze v případě poruchy, přetížení nebo když je rotor v klidu. Příspěvek se zabývá numerickou simulací kontaktu mezi rotorem a záchytným ložiskem a měřením na experimentálním zařízení. V úvahu byly brány dva numerické modely, jednak model se soustředěnými parametry vytvořený a řešený v Simulinku, jednak model s rozprostřenými parametry vytvořený a řešený v Dytranu. Experimentální verifikace byla provedena na experimentu MiniVS od firmy MECOS Traxler. V úvahu byly brány různé počáteční podmínky. (cs)
- Ball bearings are often used as retainer bearings for system with active magnetic bearings (AMB). They work only in case of failure, overload or when rotor is resting on them stand-still. The paper deals with numerical simulations of contact between the rotor and the retainer bearing, and with measurements on a test rig. Two numerical models were taken into account, a lumped model developed and solved in Simulink, and a distributed model developed and solved in Dytran. Experimental verification was done on a test rig miniVS from company MECOS Traxler. Several initial conditions were taken into account.
