  • Cílem studie bylo hodnocení vlivu intenzity pastevního využití a hnojení trvalých travních porostů na stravitelnost organické hmoty a další parametry kvality píce. Dlouhodobý maloparcelový pratotechnický pokus byl založen v roce 2003 na stanovišti Rapotín. Pokusné plochy byly obhospodařovány při rozdílných úrovních pastevního využití a minerálního hnojení. Výživná hodnota píce byla hodnocena na základě weendeské analýzy u vzorků získaných před prvním pastevním cyklem v letech 2005-2007. Dále byla zjišťována stravitelnost organické hmoty in vitro metodou Tilley a Terry (1968) v modifikaci podle Resche (1991) a roční výnos sušiny. Bylo zjištěno, že kvalitu píce významně ovlivňuje především intenzita využití. Dodatkové minerální hnojení významně ovlivnilo (P<0,05) obsah N-látek v píci a výnos sušiny. (cs)
  • The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of different levels of grazing utilization and mineral fertilization of permanent grassland on the organic matter digestibility and other parameters of the forage quality. The long-term small plot trial was established in 2003 in Rapotin. The trial plots were managed with different levels of grazing and mineral fertilization. The nutritive value of the fodder was estimated on the basis of the Weende analysis for the samples obtained before the first grazing periods during 2005-2007. Furthermore, there was determined the organic matter digestibility by the in vitro method Tilley and Terry (1968) modified according Resch (1991) and the annual dry matter yield. It was found out that the forage quality was significantly influenced mainly by intensity of utilization. Additional mineral fertilization significantly increased (P<0.05) the content of crude protein and the dry matter yield of the fodder.
