| - 313 Czech Fleckvieh cows were investigated for CSN2 (beta- casein) and CSN3 (kappa-casein) genotypes using the PCR-RFLP method, milk quality parameters, and coagulation properties. The objective of this study was to determine the joint effects of CSN2 and CSN3 genotypes on the parameters of production, quality, and coagulation of milk in CF cows. Twenty genotype combinations were detected. Genotypes A1A2AB (18.4 %), A2A2AA (17.5 %), A2A2AB (16.6 %) and A1A2AA (16.0 %) occurred as the most frequent. A significant effect of genes was found on protein content in milk, true protein content, casein content, casein number, coagulation time, curd quality, and curd firmness. A positive impact of genotypes A1A1BB, A1A1AB and A1BAA was found on most of the observed parameters. Genotypes A1A2BB and A1A2AB were connected with good coagulation properties but low milk production. Genotypes containing the CSN3 allele E (A1A1BE, A1A2AE, A1A1AE and A1BAE) had a negative effect on most of the parameters observed.

- U 313 krav čes. strakatého skotu byly stanoveny metodou PCR-RFLP genotypy CSN2 (beta kasein) a CSN3 (kapa kasein), dále parametry kvality a syřitelnosti mléka. Parametry mléčné užitkovosti sledovaných krav byly převzaty z cent. databanky KU skotu. Cílem bylo zjistit společný vliv haplotypů genů CSN2 a CSN3 na sledované parametry produkce, kvality a syřitelnosti mléka. Celkem bylo detekováno 20 kombinací s nejvyšším podílem haplotypů A1A2AB (18,4 %), A2A2AA (17,5 %), A2A2AB (16,6 %) a A1A2AA (16,0 %). Stat. významný vliv genů byl prokázán na celkový obsah bílkovin v mléce, obsah čistých bílkovin, obsah kaseinu, kaseinové číslo, dobu sýření, kvalitu a pevnost sýřeniny. Poz. vliv na většinu sledovaných parametrů byl zaznamenán u haplotypů A1A1BB, A1A1AB a A1BAA. Haplotypy A1A2BB a A1A2AB byly spojeny s dobrou syřitelností, ale nízkou mléčnou užitkovostí. U haplotypových kombinací obsahujících alelu E genu CSN3 (A1A1BE, A1A2AE, A1A1AE a A1BAE) byl zjištěn neg.vliv na většinu sledovaných parametrů. (cs)
