Description	We illustrate relationships between HS parameters and AAP in raw cow milk via detailed correlation analysis. We detected number of significant correlations between contents of several AAs and content of CAS (10 significant correlations), as well as a few significant correlations between some AAs and A (4 positive significant correlations) and EC (alanin). Only one negative significant correlation was observed, it was relationship between cystein and logSCC. (en) V práci popisujeme vztahy mezi sledovanými parametry kravského mléka a AA profilem pomocí detailní korelační analýzy a lineárních regresních modelů. Na jejím základě jsme objasnili, že variabilita většiny sledovaných parametrů může být uspokojivě vysvětlena pomocí efektů aminokyselinového profilu, dále jsme nalezli řadu průkazných vztahů mezi obsahem 10 sledovaných aminokyselin a obsahem kaseinu v mléce. Dále byly prokázány pozitivní korelace mezi obsahy 4 sledovaných aminokyselin a koncentrací acetonu a jeden pozitivní vztah mezi elektrickou vodivostí a obsahem alaninu v mléce. Jediným parametrem, který je negativně ovlivněn, ve smyslu statistickém, je logaritmovaný počet somatických buněk v závislosti na množství asparaginu. Pouze alanin a cystein významně korelují s více než jednou sledovanou vlastností. (cs)
