Description	Cílem práce bylo prověřit zda vystavení bovinních embryí vlivu viru BHV-1 ovlivní jejich další vývoj a vyvolá změny v ultrastruktuře buněčných organel; jestli zóna pelucida je bariérou, která může ochránit embryo před infekcí a zda promytí embrya v trypsinu je ochranou před penetrací viru do embryí a jejich poškození.Na základě nálezů je možno konstatovat, že infekce virem BHV-1 umožňuje preimplantační vývoj bovinních embryí in vitro a proto zóna pelucida není dostatečnou bariérou proti virovým poškozením, jestliže embrya nejsou ošetřena promytím v trypsinu. (cs) The aim of the our study was to examine whether: the exposure of bovine embryos to the BHV-1 virus in vitro can compromise their further developmental and alter the ultrastructural morphology of cellular organelles; whether the zona pellucida /(ZP) can be a barrier protecting embryos against infection; and whether washing with typsin after exposure can prevent virus penetration inside the embryo and subsequent virus-induced damages. Taken together these findings may be suggested that BHV-1 infection compromises preimplantation development of bovine embryos in vitro and therefore the ZP may not be enough on its own to prevent virus-induced damage, unless it is not accompanied with trypsin washing.
