  • The aim of this study was to compare the impact of extruded rapecake or soya on fatty acid composition of milk fat. The experiment was carried out on four lactating Holstein cows that were divided into 2 groups according to milk yield. The experimental group was fed a diet based on extruded soya (S), the control group of animal was fed a diet based on extruded rape-cake (R). DMI was significantly higher for cows receiving extruded rapecake (R) than for cows receiving extruded soya (S, P<0.05). Milk yield and milk yield expressed in FCM was not significantly affected by the treatment (P?0.05). The content of PUFA was significantly higher in the S group compared with control group (R, P<0.05). The contents of stearic and oleic acid were significantly higher (P<0.05) in R group than in S group. The content of total CLA was significantly higher in S group (1.13 %) in comparison to control group R (0.90 %, P<0.05).

  • Cílem studie bylo porovnat vliv extrudovaných řepkových pokrutin a soji na skladbu MK v mléce dojnic. Pokus byl proveden na 4 laktujících holštýnských dojnicích, které byly rozděleny podle užitkovosti do dvou skupin: první skupina přijímala krmnou směs na bázi extrudovaných řepkových pokrutin (R) druhá skupina na bázi extrudované soji (skupina S). Denní příjem sušiny byl průkazně vyšší (P<0,05) ve skupině R než u dojnic krmených extrudovanou sojou (S). Průměrná dojivost a užitkovost vyjádřená v FCM nebyla ovlivněna pokusným zásahem (P>0,05). Obsah PUFA byl průkazně vyšší v pokusné skupině (S) než ve skupině kontrolní (R, P<0,05). Obsah kyseliny stearové a olejové byl průkazně vyšší (P<0,05) ve skupině R. Obsah konjugované kyseliny linolové (CLA) byl průkazně vyšší (P<0,05) v pokusné skupině S (1,13%) ve srovnání s kontrolní skupinou R (0,90%, P<0,05). (cs)
