| - Cílem práce je posouzení vlivu různého podílu šrotu bobu v krmné dávce (KD) na celkový počet bachorových nálevníků a čeledi Isotrichidae u skotu. V prosinci roku 2006 byl proveden krmný pokus na 11 jalovicích (245 – 355 kg živé váhy) s různým podílem šrotu bobu (5,7– 44,2 %) v sušině krmné dávky. Bachorová tekutina byla odebrána po skončení hlavního období, 3,5 hodiny po nakrmení. Nálevníci byli zakonzervováni 10% formaldehydem, obarveni methylenovou modří a počítáni ve Fuchs-Rosenthalově počítací komůrce při zvětšení 150-450x (dle metodiky VFU Brno a Dehoritiho, 1993). Při zastoupení sušiny bobu v KD 5,7 % byly zjištěny počty nálevníků od 3.20 x 105 do 4.60 x 105/ml; čeleď Isotrichidae od 0.68 x 105 do 1.15 x 105/ml; při pH 6.44 – 6.56. Při zastoupení sušiny bobu 44,9 % docházelo k velkému nárůstu počtu nálevníků na 20.00 x 105/ml; čeleď Isotrichidae 3.20 x 105/ml, ale při současném nárůstu pH na 6.68 – 6.71. Byla zjištěna korelace mezi podílem bobu v KD a počtem nálevníků (r = + 0,95) a mírná záporn (cs)
- The aim of this work was to assess influence of different rates of bean meal in diet on the total number of rumen protozoa and of family Isotrichidae in cattle. The feeding trial with different percentage of bean in diet (5.7 – 44.2 %) was carried out on 11 heifers (live weight: 245 – 355 kg) in the Research Institute for Cattle Breeding, Ltd. in Rapotín in December 2006. Rumen fluids were removed from heifers 3.5 hours after the main period’s ending. Protozoa were preserved in 10% methanal, coloured by the methylene blue and counted in the Fuchs-Rosenthal counting chamber under macroscopic enlargement of 150 – 450 x (according to the method of VFU Brno and Dehority, 1993). The number of rumen protozoa for diets containing 5.7% of bean ranged from 3.20 x 105 to 4.60 x 105/ml; family Isotrichidae from 0.68 x 105 to 1.15 x 105/ml; by ruminal pH 6.44 – 6.56. It occurred rapid increase of the protozoal number by higher rates of bean (44.9 %); it amounted to 20.00 x 105/ml; family Isotrichidae 3.20 x 105/m
