  • Method of the amplification of the conserved 16S rRNA-gene followed by restriction digestions with different restriction enzymes allow to get different unique restriction patterns. They offer even phylogenetic differentiation between the most Bacillus species. The whole procedure of DNA-extraction (starting from pure microbial culture), amplification of the 16S rRNA, restriction digestion and electrophoretic separation takes five days.

  • Metoda amplifikace konzervované 16S RNA genu a následně natrávení amplifikačního produktu různými restrikčními enzymy umožní získat unikátní restrikční profily. Ty umožní i fylogenetické rozlišení mezi většinou druhů rodu Bacillus. Výsledek celého postupu extrakce DNA (včetně izolace čisté mikrobiální kultury), amplifikace, restrikční digesce a elektroforetické separace lze získat během pěti dnů. (cs)
