Description	We have investigated the occurrence of Listeria monocytogenes in raw milk. The bulk milk samples were collected from 13 ecological farmed dairy cattle, from 32 conventional farms and from 283 individual cows that were coming from one of conventional farm during year 2006. From our results was evident that L. monocytogenes occurrence was positive in the bulk milk samples coming from conventional farms (3 cases; 9.4%) and from individual samples (5 cases; 1.8%). L. monocytogenes occurrence was negative for organic farms. We have investigated the occurrence of Listeria monocytogenes in raw milk. Bazénové vzorky mléka pocházely z ekologických farem (13) a z konvenčních (32) a od 283 dojnic, chovaných konvenčním způsobem. Z výsledků je evidentní, že výskyt Listeria monocytogenes byl pozitivní u vzorků z konvenčních farem, a to z bazénových vzorků (3 případy, 9.4%) a od individuálních vzorků dojnic (5 případů; 1.8%). Výskyt Listeria monocytogenes u ekologických farem nebyl potvrzen. (cs)
