| Description
| - The experiment was founded in autumn 2004 on RICB Rapotín holdings. The locality is situated on sandy-loam cambisol. Lysimeters are installed in the deep of 0.4 m. There are used these types of the fertilization: 1 – application of farmyard manure + dug water with load of 0.9 LU.ha-1 (variant A), with load of 1.4 VDJ.ha-1 (variant B), with load of 2 VDJ.ha-1 (variant C); 2 - application of semi-liquid manure with load of 0.9 LU.ha-1 (variant D), with load of 1.4 VDJ.ha-1 (variant E), with load of 2 VDJ.ha-1 (variant F). There were carried out 7 samplings of the lysimetric waters during the observed period. We estimated the content of N-NH4+, N-NO3-, N-NO2-, PO43- and pH in percolate. The nitrate concentration in percolates was the highest in the winter and the spring periods. The higher concentration of ammonia and the higher variability of this nitrogen form was in variants with application of the semi-liquid manure.

- Na podzim roku 2004 byl na pozemcích VÚCHS Rapotín založen pokus. Pokusná lokalita se nachází na písčitě - hlinité kambizemi. Pokus je založen v čtyřech opakováních. Lyzimetry jsou instalovány v hloubce 0,4 m. V pokusu jsou uplatňovány následující způsoby hnojení : 1. aplikace chlévského hnoje a močůvky se zatížením 0,9 VDJ.ha-1 (varianta A), 1,4 VDJ.ha-1 (varianta B) a 2 VDJ.ha-1 (varianta C); 2. aplikace kejdy se zatížením 0,9 VDJ.ha-1 (varianta D), 1,4 VDJ.ha-1 (varianta E) a 2 VDJ.ha-1 (varianta F). V průběhu sledovaného období bylo vykonáno 7 odběrů lyzimetrických vod, ve kterých byly sledovány obsahy N-NO2, N-NO3, N-NH4 a PO43-. Nejvyšší obsah nitrátů v perkolátech byl zjištěn v zimním a jarním období. Vyšší koncentrace amoniaku a vyšší variabilita této formy minerálního dusíku byla u variant s aplikací kejdy. (cs)
