  • Cílem pokusu bylo určit vliv ruminálně chráněného proteinu doplněného aminokyselinami lysinem, methioninem a histidinem, podané ve formě prášku nebo ruminálně chráněných tablet do bachoru dojnic na produkci a složení mléka a jeho technologické vlastnosti. Pokus byl proveden na třech laktujících dojnicích s ruminální a duodenální kynalou ve čtyřech periodách. Průměrná užitkovost, denní produkce proteinu a procentický obsah kaseinu byly vyšší, pokud byl doplněk podán ve formě tablet. Obsah proteinu, tuku a laktozy nebyl pokusným zásahem ovlivněn. Obsah mastných kyselin s krátkým a středním řetězcem byl vyšší a obsah mastných kyselin s dlouhým řetězcem byl nižší pokud byl doplněk podán v práškové formě. (cs)
  • The objective of this study was to determine the influence of rumen-protected protein supplemented with the amino acids lysine, methionine and histidine added either as a powder or in the form of rumen-protected tablets to the rumen of dairy cows on the yield, composition and technological suitability of milk. The experiment was carried out on three lactating cows with ruminal and duodenal cannulas in 4 periods. Average milk yield, milk protein yield and casein content was higher when the supplement was given in the form of tablets. Protein, fat and lactose contents were unaffected by the treatment. The content of short- and medium-chain fatty acids was higher and the proportion of long-chain fatty acids was lower when the supplement was given in the powder form.
