  • The article identifies four basic ideological pools that have a decisive impact on theprocess and outcomes of foreign policy making. It argues that the ideological schemes are translated only throught the structure of foreign policy making and is also heavily affected by the actual power sharing and relationships between relevant actors. The analysis shows that the deep ideological intracoalition division provoked a debate about foreign policy that supplied Czech foreign policy with an extensivel solid anchorage. However, given the depth ot the division, this consensus should not be overemphasized.

  • Článek analyzuje vliv domácí politiky na českou zahraniční politiku. Nejprve charakterizuje čtyři hlavní ideologická schémata, která mají rozhodující dopad na proces a výsledky zahraniční politiky. Tato ideologická schémata jsou do vlastní zahraniční politiky převedeny skrze specifickou strukturu zahraničněpolitické tvorby a jsou také zásadně ovlivněny aktuálním rozdělením sil mezi jednotlivými aktéry. Analýza zjistila, že hluboké ideologické rozdělení současné vládní koalice vyprovokovala hlubokou debatu o zahraniční politice, která poskytla české zahraniční politice pevné zázemí a základy. Přesto by tento konsensus neměl být přeceňován, neboť ideologické rozdíly mezi koaličními partnery jsou příliš hluboké. (cs)
