| - Pokračující technologická revoluce v komunikaci a výměny informací, vytvořila zcela novou formu kriminality, počítačovou kriminalitu. Počítačová kriminalita nutí informační a právní experty rozvíjet nové oblasti odborných znalostí směřujících ke sběru a analýze důkazů. Tento článek se zabývá některými aspekty počítačové kriminality s důrazem na některé způsoby forenzního zkoumání tohoto jevu. V článku jsou popisány některé typické způsoby páchání počítačové trestné činnosti s ohledem na vyšetřovací situace. Proces získávání, posuzování a použití digitálních důkazů je rozhodující pro úspěch stíhání počítačové kriminality. V závěru autor uvádí možnosti vzdělávání policistů v této problematice. (cs)
- The continuing technological revolution in communications and information exchange has created an entirely new form of crime, cyber crime. Cyber crime has forced the computer and law enforcement professions to develop new areas of expertise and avenues of collecting and analyzing evidence. The article deals with selected aspects of computer crime with stress on some ways of forensic investigation of this phenomenon. This has developed into a science called computer forensics. Some typical ways of committing computer crime with regard to investigative situations are decsribed here. The process of acquiring, examining, and applying digital evidence is crucial in the success of prosecuting a cyber criminal. In conclusion the author refers to possible education of the Police officers about computer crime.
