  • V semenech řepky současného sortimentu (30 materiálů) byla podchycena variabilita v obsahu GSL od 5,40 do 24,06 µmol/1 g sušiny semen. U vybraných třech materiálů (obsah GSL v semenech od 9,73 po 16,50 µmol/1 g sušiny semen) byl stanoven obsah GSL v děložních listech od 9,30 do 12,14 µmol/1 g sušiny zelené hmoty. Po umělém poškození děložních listů byly sledovány změny v obsahu GSL. Třetí den po poškození se obsah GSL pohyboval od 4,33 po 8,6 µmol/1 g sušiny zelené hmoty u nepoškozených listů a od 23,22 po 24,19 µmol/1 g sušiny zelené hmoty u poškozených děložních listů. Výrazný nárůst v obsahu GSL po poškození listů byl zaznamenán u indolových GSL. U 10 vybraných materiálů současného sortimentu řepky byl sledován vztah obsahu GSL v semenech, vzcházivosti a velikosti rostlin k napadení plži. V celkovém hodnocení vzcházivosti se průměrný počet vzešlých rostlin pohyboval od 22 do 31,50. Průměrná velikost rostlin se u sledovaných materiálů pohybovala od 1 do 3. Napadení plži od 2,14 do 3,55 stupn (cs)
  • The glucosinolates content in the seeds of 30 cultivars of oilseed rape varied from 5.40 to 24.06 µmol/1 g dry matter. The glucosinolates content of cotyledons of three selected varieties (with seed dry maters from 9.73 to 12.4 µmol/1 g) varied from 9.30 to 12.14 µmol/1 g herbage dry matter. The changes in glucosinolates content were observed after mechanical injury to the leaves. Glucosinolates content varied on the third day after injury from 4.33 to 8.6 µmol/1 g herbage dry matter of intact leaves and from 23.22 to 24.19 µmol/1 g herbage dry matter of damaged leaves. The significant increase of indolyl glucosinolatess was detected after leaf injury. The relationship between seed glucosinolates content, emergence ability and size of plants to slug damage was observed using ten selected varieties oilseed rape. The mean number of emerged plants varied from 22 to 31.5. Growth (size of plants) classification varied from degree1 (small plant) to degree 3 (big plant). Slug damage varied from 2.14
