Description	The initial state for the analysis of regional aspects of business is characterized by a triangle of relations between enterprises, regions and transport infrastructure. Wokoun (2008) [5], Bednářová (2007) [1], Říha, Honců, (2012) [4], Zahradník (2011) [6] and others have demonstrated that there is a relationship between the development of the region and business entities in the region, between prosperity of businesses and logistics infrastructure and between the logistics infrastructure and regional development. From mentioned triangle it is clear that for the regional analysis it is necessary to focus on the regional aspects of the business, understanding business processes in the region, identifying the factors of regional business environment and its bearers, relationships, processes and optimization of regional and business interests and activities.
