Description	This present paper continues in author's previous research of regional disparities in sector of information and communication technology defined by NACE Rev. 2. in Czech Republic between years 1995 and 2012. The branch of information and communication technology is one of the most relevant economic operations and activities because of significant positive potential for further growth of output performance and productivity across whole of the economy. In this short study is described the role of industrial coalitions (clusters, technological platforms and science and technology parks and business incubators) and masters studies (university education) in context of development of information and communication technology activities in selected 14 regions of Czech Republic. The main aim is to find out the existing relations between these selected factors and the regions in which are concentrated economic activities related to information and communication technology.
