Description	Development of transport is one of the region's competitiveness assumption Republic, its development is bound by European conventions. Strategic docu-ments the development of transport networks based on the objectives of the White Paper, which is to promote environmentally friendly transport system, where appeals to create preconditions for the attractiveness of rail transport and the promotion of public transport. One of the steps to transfer traffic from road to rail and public transport was increased consumption taxes on fuels and lubri-cants, which leads to an increase in fuel prices.
