Description
| - The article is to characterize and determine the concept of globalization while considering the differences in the theories of global and intercultural marketing. It describes the advantages and disadvantages of globalization in relation to company, possibilities of application of standardization or adaptation. The fundamental part is to outline intercultural approach to global products for middle and small sized companies. At the end of the article authors propose possibilities of application, where they describe a process of how can companies without sufficient know-how use this theory in practice.
