Description	The main aim of this article is to review the models of fair division in literature with emphasis on the definitions of Pareto optimality and envy freeness and problems that can occur. The article covers description of the division problem, definitions of fair division, Pareto optimality, and envy freeness for economic and mathematical model of fair division. It covers the illustrative example of the problem in efficiency of the envy-free outcome with explanation why such a problem may occur.
