| Description
| - The developing world suffers from the economic delay behind developed economies. This fact reqiures more international development aid that should lead to sustainable development, to a larger participation of dwellers on public decisions and to a decelaration of increase of population. However, the reality is often different. Since nearly half a century poor countries are smothered by big financial gifts and resources, banked by a lot of advisors, experts and administrators but the living standard in these countries has almost not increased. Development projects of various countries and international organizations are often failing in the phase of realizaton and financial resources are disappearing in the hands of political representatives of these states. The efficiency of development aid is in reality debatable as the level of these states is almost not chanching and the question whether international aid stimulates economic growth and instigates an efficiency of the economy of receiver remains.

- Rozvojový svět trpí ekonomickým zaostáváním za vyspělými ekonomikami. Tyto skutečnosti vyžadují stále větší potřebu zahraniční rozvojové pomoci, která by měla vést k trvale udržitelnému rozvoji, vyšší účasti obyvatelstva na rozhodování a ke zpomalení růstu populace. Realita bývá však mnohdy odlišná. Již téměř půl století jsou chudé státy zavalovány mohutnými finančními dary a prostředky, obklopovány řadou poradců, expertů a administártorů, přesto se životní úroveň těchto států téměř nezvýšila. Rozvojové projekty různých států či mezinárodních organizací mnohdy ve fázi realizace selhávají a finanční prostředky často mizí v rukou politických představitelů těchto států. V reálu je efektivnost poskytovaní rozvojové pomoci diskutabilní, a zůstává tedy otázkou, zdali zahraniční pomoc vyvolává hospodářský růst a podněcuje efektivitu přijímajících ekonomik. (cs)
