| - Hodnocení kvality na zařízení pro plynulé odlévání oceli je nedílnou součástí informačního systému hutního podniku. Tyto hodnotící funkce jsou nezbytným základem pro efektivní stanovení závislostí mezi měřenými hodnotami a kvalitativními ukazateli. Součástí systému je nahrávání dat a jejich filtrace, výběr dat do matice závislých a nezávislých proměnných, kategorizace dat a statistické hledání závislostí, prezentace dat a prezentace výsledků statistických analýz. Článek popisuje možný přístup k vytvoření programového subsystému informačního systému. Je nezbytné navrhnout datový model s popisem dat pro sledování výroby. Byly navrženy základní funkce pro přiřazení dat z výroby k hodnocení kvality výrobků s využitím zmíněného datového modelu. Výsledek statistické analýzy dat umožňuje návrh provedení datové analýzy a její metalurgické interpretace. (cs)
- Quality assessment on the continuous steel casting plant is an inseparable part of the metallurgical plant information system. This assessment functions on the base of necessary data for the effective assessment of the dependence between values measured and quality benchmarks. The part of the system is data recording and filtration, data selection to the matrix of dependent and independent variables, data categorization and the statistics method searching dependences, data presentation and presentation of data analysis results. This paper describes a possible approach to creating a program subsystem of the information system on the steel plant. It is necessary to design a data model with describing data for monitoring the production. Basic processing functions are to be proposed assigning production data to quality benchmarks using the above mentioned data model. As result a database of statistic analysis is formed making data analysis and its metallurgical interpretation is possible.
