Description	The permanent objective is to simplify the tax scheme and also administration, which contains many regulations and procedures by which it is becoming not transparent for a common taxpayer. After the entry to the EU the Czech Republic will directly participate on creating common European tax policy and for that it has to have an own vision about the future development of the Czech and European tax scheme. (en) Důchodové daně stále patří k pilířům každého moderního daňového systému a nejvíce vnímanou a zároveň diskutovanou je v letošním roce daň z příjmů fyzických osob. Největší břemeno daňové zátěže u této daně v České republice nesou zaměstnanci. Daně (zejména v širším slova smyslu, tj. včetně zdravotního a sociálního pojistného) zasahují do všech oblastí života společnosti, a dá se říci že přímo či nepřímo ovlivňují každodenní život občanů. V souvislosti se změnami v oblasti důchodových daní je už dlouho diskutovaná otázka zavedení rovné daně i v podmínkách České republiky a zavedení maximálních limitů pro odvod sociálního pojištění i u zaměstnanců (cs)
