| - Geny rezistence ke rzi ječné (Rph) byly zjišťovány u 61 českých a slovenských odrůd a 32 šlechtitelských linií ječmene z registračních pokusů v České republice na základě jejich reakce k 12 izolátům Puccinia hordei s různými kombinacemi genů virulence. Bylo identifikováno pět známých a jeden neznámý gen Rph. Gen Rph2 a rovněž gen Rph4 pocházely ze starých evropských odrůd. Donorem genu Rph3, který používali hlavně čeští a slovenští šlechtitelé, je ´Ribari´ (´Baladi 16´). Rph12 má původ v bývalém Východním Německu. Rph7 v registrované odrůdě ´Heris´ je odvozen z ´Forrajera´. Kombinace dvou genů byla zjištěna v 10 odrůdách. Bylo zjištěno devět heterogenních odrůd; byly složeny z jednoho komponentu s identifikovaným genem Rph a druhého komponentu bez genu rezistence. Žádný gen rezistence ke rzi ječné nebyl nalezen v 17 z testovaných vzorků. Tato práce dokazuje užitečnost využívání vybraných patotypů P. hordei k identifikaci genů Rph v ječmeni. (cs)
- Leaf rust resistance (Rph) genes in 61 Czech and Slovak barley cultivars and 32 breeding lines from registration trials of the Czech Republic were postulated based on their reaction to 12 isolates of Puccinia hordei with different combinations of virulence genes. Five known and one unknown Rph gene were postulated. Gene Rph2, as well as Rph4, originated from old European cultivars. The donor of Rph3, which has been mainly used by Czech and Slovak breeders, is ´Ribari´ (´Baladi 16´). Rph12 originates in the former East Germany. Rph7 in the registered cultivar ´Heris´ originates from ´Forrajera´. A combination of two genes was found in ten cultivars. Nine heterogeneous cultivars were identified; they were composed of one component with an identified Rph gene and a second component without any resistance gene. No gene for leaf rust resistance was found in 17 of the tested accessions. This study demonstrates the utility of using selected pathotypes of P. hordei for postulating Rph genes in barley.
