Description
  • Among the new hi-tech materials are inorganic-organic hybrid polymer type Ormocer (organically Modified Ceramics). Experimentally were prepared inorganic-organic hybrid layer on the basis of 3-(trimethoxysilyl) propylmethacrylate by modified sol-gel method. Layers were prepared on different substrates (glass, Alumina ceramics, aluminum, polyester, polyamide, polypropylene) and they have excellent chemical resistance to concentrated inorganic acids, hydroxide (30% NaOH) and organic solvents. Besides the pure hybrid coatings were prepared nanocomposite layers with encapsulated textile dyes or nanoparticles of titanium dioxide. Added component in the hybrid layer were firmly fixed.
