  • Lecture at the conference XXIII IFATCC International Congress, 2013, Budapest. In this study is presented a method of preparation of porous-structured material based on CMC. This special homogeneous pore structure is prepared by freeze drying. Stabilization of CMC is based on the chemical changes, such as networking and decarboxymethylation action caused by high temperatures. The prepared structure will be determined for special medical applications. An important factor for these applications is not only the maximum amount of water absorbed or released but also the rate of swelling and shrinking. This way prepared structure with silver nanoparticles is characterised by different methods. The fixation of silver nanoparticles in formed water gel is observed in different times.
