Description
  • The result of this work is the production of nanofibers, modified by particles of the compositional mixture of two metal oxides. Obtained samples were tested for the expression of catalytic properties in the interaction of the mixture of harmful oxides (CO, CO2, NOx) with the surface of samples. A gas purification catalyst (SnO2/CrO2) was introduced into the mass of polymer solution (polyurethane) with following production of fibers from prepared blend. Nanofibers were received by the method of electrostatic fiberforming by the Nanodpider technology. Properties of polymer solutions with catalytic mixtures were studied in order to understand the effect of additives on the PUR solution and on the process of electrospinning. The morphology of samples was analysed by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM).
