Description	The woven composites prepared by prepreg technology were modelled for mechanical properties in FEM. The whole structure of a composite was defined for the 2D multi-scale modelling in the levels and transferred to the 3D. Some possibilities of computation are shown in the paper and discussed problems with computation of elastic properties. The commercial software Comsol MultiphysicsTM is used for calculation with proper determination of the material properties.
