Description
  • This paper is focused on using robots for manipulation and handling with textile materials during production of ready-made clothes. Fabric manipulation and grasping with robots is a problematical due to a character of textile material, principally low rigidity connected with the unstable and unpredictable behaviour. The research activities were focused on looking for interrelation between mechanical properties of clothing fabrics and efficiency of robot grippers and the dynamics of the manipulation process. Measured characteristics of the materials were used for required algorithms of numerical simulation of grasping and manipulation. In the end the real grasping and manipulation task with help of robot were realized.

  • Tento příspěvek se zaměřuje na manipulaci a dopravu textilního materiálu během výroby konfekčních oděvů. Manipulace a uchopování textilního materiálu pomocí robotnického ramene je velmi problematické vzhledem k vlastnostem textilního materiálu, které způsobuje nepředvídatelné a nekonstantní chování. Výzkumná činnost se věnuje vzájemnému vztahu mezi mechanickými vlastnostmi textilií a dynamikou procesu manipulace a účinností úchopné hlavice. Na základě těchto vztahů je vytvořena numerická simulace chování textilie během manipulace. Závěrem je realizována praktická manipulace s textilním materiálem pomocí robotu a jehlové uchopné hlavice.
