  • Mechanické vlastnosti přízí mají význam pro predikci mechanického chování plošných textiliía jsou jedním z důležitých ukazatelů kvality příze. Predikce pevnosti bavlnářských přízí je založena na svazkové pevnosti vláken (měřené na systému HVI), zaplnění příze a faktoru orientace vláken v přízi. Model je komparován s modely Neckáře, Solověva a Pana. V modelu je zahrnut také vliv technologie výroby na pevnost příze. (cs)
  • Yarn mechanical properties are important for prediction of fabric mechanical behaviour and estimation of yarn complex quality. The majority of models for yarn prediction are based on the fiber characteristic only.These models are valid for restricted range of fibres and yarns. In this contribution the prediction of one-component cotton yarn strength based on the knowledge of fibrous bundle strength (HVI) and correction factors for fibres orientation and yarn packing density is described. This model is compared with modles of Neckar, Solovev and Pan.
