Description	The main aim of the presented paper is to mould (with help of created „minimal energy mathematical model“) the situation of OE yarn creation, especially the procedure from the flat band of parallel fibres on rotor’s collecting surface uphase of stable cylinder body of yarn. Suggested model is based on idea of i-layers structure, where each fibre comes from outer to inner layer during the process of yarn body tightening.
