Description
| - The current situation of the financial markets is the resultant long-term effects of various economic and political factors that influence global developments, developments in individual countries, municipalities, and last but not least, the very human individuals. It is not only about economic integration, but also the revision of the existing practices of human behaviour, including the blending of social, cultural and ideological standards of functioning of society. Process of globalization, especially in developed countries, and especially in the European Union takes the form of unification, where these trends are established and supported by the systematic creation of uniform rules and regulations on virtually everything and the related parallel weakening of the role of Member States in the position of a mere executor of responsible political, economic, human rights, social, environmental and other decisions of the EU institutions. We ask therefore whether such a discrepancy between the decision-making powers and responsibilities can be the basis for permanent and problem-free operation in a situation where they are states with objectively provable factually different levels of economic and broader political developments. Cause problems of the contemporary world, Europe, countries, cities and individuals not in the lack of regulation, lies in the fact that there has been a marked separation and hypertrophy of the decision-making and activities of transnational institutions, governments, municipalities and civil society from those responsible for their implementation and also that such decision is not verified by the financial and economic possibilities of the whole.
