| - In the worldwide context, sustainable development is a new framework of civilization development strategy. The basis of sustainability is meeting three fundamental goals: social development , effective environmental protection and maintaining a high and stable level of economic. In the Czech Republic, this strategy should become the starting point for the decision-making both from the macroeconomic point of view and from the point of view of every economic entity. Companies in the Czech Republic follow and evaluate their economic activities with the help of financial and managerial accounting.In the Czech Republic, implementing of modern environment protection since 1990 and transformation of economy and privaization of majority of companies forced companies to include ecological legislation. The knowledge of environmental costs and calculations of environmental factors became a significant element of companies management.

- Udržitelný rozvoje je nová strategie civilizačního rozvoje. Základními pilíři tohoto rozvoje je sociální rozvoj, efektivní environmentální ochrana a vysoká úroveň ekonomiky. Tyto směry vývoje jsou patrny v ČR jak na na makroúrovni, tak i v činnosti každého podniku. Podniky v ČR hodnotí svoje ekonomické aktivity pomocí finančního a manažerského účetnictví. V ČR je implementována od 90. let minulého století ochrana životního prostředí a rozvíjí se environmentální legislativa. Znalost environmnetálních nákladů a výpočty environmnetálních faktorů patří k základním nástrojům managementu podniku. (cs)
