Description
  • Temperature measurement without knowledge of emissivity requires gaining at least two independent signals relating to the target. The patented method takes advantage of two same infrared detectors but maintained on different temperatures. A radiation from a radiant heater is both concentrated and switched to single detector from a pair by a pivoted toric mirror. The swivel radiant heater exhibits single of 4 surfaces with different emissivity towards the mirror. All sensors and actuators are connected to a Data Acquisition Switch Unit. The experiment is fully managed by a PC program. Various side effects of realization like probably an influence of housing radiation at ambient temperature and reflection cause that simple formula is not adequate so that multidimensional regression id MATLAB had to be involved.

  • Bezkontaktní měření teploty bez znalosti emisivity vyžaduje získat od objektu nejméně 2 nezávislé signály. Patentovaná metoda využívá dva shodné infračervené detektory, avšak udržované na rozdílných teplotách. Záření přicházející ze zářiče je koncentrováno a přepínáno na jeden ze dvou snímačů překlápěcím torickým zrcadlem. Zkušební zářič se proti zrcadlu natáčí jednou ze 4 ploch s různými emisivitami. Všechny snímače a akční členy jsou připojeny k měřicí ústředně. Experiment je plně řízen programem na PC. Různé vedlejší vlivy svázané s realizací způsobily, že nemohl být použit jednoduchý vztah, takže byla nutná vícerozměrová regrese v MATLABu. (cs)
