Description	%22Research of elder people needs was done in previous years. The focus has been on involvement them back to the active life and to improve ergonomics to their requirements. Work has been done as multidisciplinary research with user-centered resulting. Videotelephony has many opportunities, but it was tried only in banking, home care service, deaf people long-distance communication and home nursing and it seemed to be very helpful in several cases for both sides of the project, the final user and the staff of the service. There are described elder people ergonomic differences and their technical solutions with aspect to the user needs. At the end of the paper there is an evaluation of final user answers about the provided service and there is a SWOT analysis of this service. %22 %22Research of elder people needs was done in previous years.
