Description
  • In this paper we describe the complete states control strategy to control the SISO continuous-time process. The strategy has been implemented on the PLC systems TECOMAT TC600 and TC500, which are standard products of the Czech company TECO a.s. The implemented control software involves mode measurement, discrete identification, state observer and controller synthesis and control. To estimate the parameters, we applied the method of LD decomposition for the observer and controller synthesis pole placement method. The Kalman filter is prepared for state estimation. The synthesis of the state controller is supposed to be extended by linear quadratic synthesis. It is possible to apply this controller as a self-tuning state controller. The graphic outputs of controlled system are executed in the environment RELIANCE and ANALYZER.
