Description	The problematic of actuation of temperature slope by some sensors with semiconductor tensiometers is discussed and probable cause of temperature slope is determined. Based on the problem analysis the method for determination of non-homogeneity of electric resistance these tensiometers is designed and described. This method enables the choice of usable quaternion of tensiometers for sensor bridge.
