Description	The research was focused on the design of appropriate methods and procedures digitizing of fixed automobile glass of different shapes using a non-contact optical systems - 3D scanners. The models resulting from the digitization of real parts (in the form clouds of points, or optimized polygonal mesh) were used for dimensional and shape inspection of seal glass. There was used Best-Fit alignment method and using RPS points on the CAD model too. The aim of the research was also making colour maps of deviations surveyed parts (most often coating and mounting element of automotive glasses ) with respect to the nominal models, including making analyses in defined sections. (cs) Výzkum byl zaměřen na návrh vhodné metody a postupu digitalizace pevných automobilových skel různých tvarů s využitím bezkontaktních optických systémů - 3D skenerů. Modely vzniklé digitalizací reálných dílů (ve formátu mračna bodů, resp. optimalizované polygonální sítě) byly využity k rozměrové a tvarové inspekci nástřiků (těsnění) skel při ustavení metodou Best-Fit a pomocí RPS bodů na CAD model. Cílem výzkumu bylo též vyhotovení plošných barevných map odchylek zkoumaných dílů (nejčastěji nástřiky a montážní prvky automobilových skel) vzhledem k nominálním modelům, včetně vyhotovení analýz v definovaných řezech.
