  • Příspěvek se zabývá možnostmi intenzifikace chlazení vstřikovacích forem kapilární tepelnou trubici a materiálem tvarových částí vstřikovací formy na bázi slitin mědi (Ampcoloy and Moldmax). Hodnocen je způsob rozložení teplotních polí v okolí tvarových částí vstřikovací formy v závislosti na způsobu temperace, mechanické vlastnosti výstřiku a jejich morfologie studiem mikrotomových řezů v polarizovaném světle, metodou diferenciální kompenzační kalorimetrie a rentgenografií.   • This paper deals with the intensification possibilities of injection moulds cooling by capillary heat pipe and with material of shape parts of injection mould on the basis of copper alloys (Ampcoloy and Moldmax). Next there is a way of temperature fields spreading in the surrounding of shaping parts of injection mould, which depends on the way of cooling system. There are also evaluated the mechanical properties of injection part and study of its morphology by the microtom’s slices in the polarized light, differential scanning calorimetry method and X-ray diffraction (small angle X-ray scattering and wide angle X-ray scattering ).
