Description
| - Pojem svařování s vysokou hustotou výkonu je zpravidla zmiňován při hustotách energie přes 1010 W/m2 a v souvislosti s efektem klíčové dírky (průchozího paprsku). Oblouk nedosahuje těchto hodnot ale známý prstový závar, související s ochranou argonem, kdy se před tavnou lázní objevuje drážka evokuje tento způsob svařování. Byl navržen a proveden statisticky navržený experimentální program pro zjištění podmínek maximálního závaru při přijatelném tvaru housenky pro 3 argonové směsi ochranného plynuza reálných podmínek automatického jednohousenkového svařování v základní poloze. Srozumitelnou grafickou formou byly znázorněny oblasti maximální hustoty výkonu pro možnost porovnání svařovacích parametrů. Byly diskutovány i aspekty zajištění kvality a efektivity návaru. (cs)
- High power density welding is usually mentioned when power density more than 1010 W/m2 is used and keyhole effect appears. Arc power does not reach this level but known fingerlike penetration effect that accompanies argon based shielding gas welding, when there appears gouging region in front of welding pool, evoke close affinity with this action. DOE based experimental program was proposed and performed for researching of welding conditions for maximum penetration with acceptable bead shape optimization, used for 3 argon-based shielding gas mixtures and performed in real conditions of automatically one bead fillet welding in flat position. Comprehensive graphical fields’ displays were plotted for comparison of the main welding variables and gas composition influence on the arc power density with deep penetration effect. Aspects of quality acceptance and growth of deposition efficiency are discussed.
