Description
| - Pro optimalizaci vysokovýkonného MAG svařování koutových svarů byla použita metoda statistického návrhu experimentů (DOE). Monitorování vstupních parametrů, geometrická analýza tvaru housenky a speciální optimalizační program byly použity pro názorné grafické zobrazení operačního okna optimální efektivity návaru. Metoda byla aplikována na testování různých soustav drát-plyn a jejich další porovnání z hlediska nákladů a ostatních výhod. (cs)
- A statistical process design method was proposed for high power GMA fillet welding process optimization, where maximum penetration to weld size ratio there is the measured and counted response value. Input variables monitoring, bead-shape analysis and special software were used for comprehensive graphically display of optimal deposition welding window. Method was applied for testing of various GMAW wire–shielding gas systems and optimal welding variables combinations were found for further costs and benefits comparison.
